High salt concentration on carpet draws moisture from the air (hygroscopic) and contributes to re-soiling over time. Thorough cold water rinsing after the enzyme step — three or four rinse-and-blot cycles — ensures the salt residue is fully diluted and removed from carpet pile. Do not allow the carpet to dry with salt residue in place.

Hovmästarsås Mustard-Dill Sauce

Hovmästarsås (Swedish head waiter's sauce) is an emulsified sauce made from Dijon mustard, sweet mustard (Skånsk senap), apple cider vinegar, sugar, oil, and a large quantity of fresh dill.
